This workshop is proudly delivered as a collaboration between Amplify Alliance Australia, SSI and the Settlement Council of Australia (SCOA), bringing together Not for Profit (NFP) organisations across shared membership and networks.

At a time of growing social and economic complexity, this national workshop will create space for leaders, practitioners, policy specialists and advocates to explore the future of multiculturalism, settlement and social cohesion in Australia.

Together, we will explore:

• Structural racism and how it shows up in systems
• Settlement as enabling infrastructure for belonging and participation
• Skills activation and pathways to meaningful employment
• Authentic partnership and system-level change
• Collective advocacy for a stronger, fairer multicultural sector

This workshop is designed to support practical dialogue, shared learning and coordinated action to strengthen the sector’s collective voice and impact.

Featuring leading voices from multicultural affairs, settlement, anti-racism and social enterprise, the workshop will combine sector insights, peer learning and action-focused discussion. Together, we will strengthen the case for multicultural services and help shape a more inclusive, modern Australia.
