Julie Kilner is a Partner in BDO’s Data & AI Trust practice, based in Brisbane, with more than 20 years’ experience working across the public, private and Not for Profit sectors. She specialises in data governance, information and records management, privacy, enterprise architecture and information protection, and is known for helping organisations translate complex information challenges into practical, value based outcomes.

Julie has worked with Not for Profits and community-focused organisations to co-create practical approaches that reflect their operating context, resource constraints and service priorities. Her experience includes supporting initiatives such as data sharing arrangements, project prioritisation, unstructured data strategy, enterprise content management uplift and broader governance and maturity programs. She works closely with leadership teams and subject matter experts to build clarity, strengthen trust in data and create a roadmap for sustainable uplift.
