In December 2025, new legislative requirements were introduced in Victoria. This session will explore how these changes differ from other states and what they mean for your organisation and leadership responsibilities.

Psychosocial legislation in Australia is constantly evolving and can increase personal liability for officers (PCBUs). This session will cover the practical implications of Victoria’s new regulations, highlighting strategies for compliance, psychosocial risk management, and strengthened organisational governance.

Michael Lewis
Cyber Development Manager, CFC Underwriting

As Cyber Development Manager, Michael leads CFC's strategy for driving growth and innovation throughout the Australian market, while providing valuable solutions to clients facing the cyber threat landscape. He serves as the primary contact for brokers in Australia, providing in-person education and training to help build confidence in cyber risks. A seasoned insurance professional, Michael has over 16 years' experience across underwriting, cyber and business development. His career began in underwriting, before transitioning into the world of business development where he worked with both large insurers and underwriting agencies.

 

Venita Hudson
Mental Health Lead, Marsh Insurance

Possessing more than 25 years of experience, Venita has both clinical and organisational psychology capability. She has a unique blend of strong commercial acumen paired with the clinical needs and responsibilities of individuals, teams and organisations. With an extensive background supporting Australian organisations, she partners with leaders to assess and manage psychosocial and organisational risk, strengthen compliance and navigate regulatory change. 

 

Rita Arrigo
AI Strategy & Growth, Alchemy Impact

Rita Arrigo is an Australian AI strategist and digital advisor who helps organisations design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade artificial intelligence by aligning business strategy, data architecture, governance, and workforce capability. She specialises in applied generative AI, intelligent automation with Agentic AI, and responsible AI adoption, enabling organisations to move from experimentation to production with measurable outcomes. Rita has worked across industry, government and research to accelerate Australia's AI ecosystem and currently leads AI Strategy and Growth at Alchemy Impact. She guides regulated and member-based organisations in building AI-enabled operating models that enhance decision-making, improve productivity, and unlock sustainable innovation and long-term value.
