Susan Pearce, Aware Super, Senior Manager Regulatory Change & Compliance – with experience in many facets of Regulatory Change, Administration, Regulatory reporting and complex SFT reporting impacts to regulators Sue has been an active contributor across various forums working on Regulatory Change, strategic Co Design, and advocacy. 

Aletta Boshoff is BDO Australia’s National Leader for IFRS & Corporate Reporting and Sustainability Reporting. With over 30 years’ experience, she is a trusted advisor on financial and sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and regulatory compliance. Aletta is known for her technical excellence, practical problem-solving, and passion for education. She leads BDO’s sustainability initiatives, including their own carbon footprint reporting, and regularly presents on ESG topics, helping organisations navigate the evolving reporting landscape with confidence and clarity.

Greg Winnett commenced his career in Professional Services incorporating Corporate Audit as well as Financial Accounting and Tax in 1986 and became Equity Partner at Accru Melbourne in 1998. He is a Registered Company Auditor, Tax Agent and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. An extensive client base includes large private companies and foreign-owned subsidiaries across several industries including wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, building, transport & logistics and specialist services. He also has a significant portfolio of not-for-profit clients in sectors such as Health & Welfare, Aged Care, Education, Community Sport and the Environment. He has sat on a number of Private and Unlisted Public Company Board’s using his Corporate Governance and audit skills to give confidence and add value to stakeholders.
